Acts 2:1-3

Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Gift of the Holy Spirit

Acts 19:2, 5-7
He asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. There were about twelve men in all.

God – We need a Father. Jesus – We need salvation. Holy Spirit – We need power.

God – Thinks it. Jesus – Says it. Holy Spirit – Does it.

I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you.
