ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

When you enter your child’s room, say: “Good morning, [child’s name]! The sky God made is bright with light! That means it’s time for us to wake up!”

Drive Time

While on the go, look at the sky. Do you see any clouds? Is the sun shining? Are there rain clouds? Maybe you can see the moon and stars. Talk about how God made the sky, clouds, sun, moon, stars…God made everything!

Cuddle Time

Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, thank You for making the light and the dark. We are thankful for how the light helps us see and how the dark helps us sleep. You are so good, God!”

Bath Time

During bath time, take turns naming something God made each time you repeat this month’s memory verse. “God saw [name something God made] he had made. And it was very good” (Genesis 1:31).
